To register in a COOP practice you must:

1. Visit our COOP Office at Stefani #219.
2. Talk with the COOP Program Coordinator.
3. Fill out the application form.
4. Have an academic evaluation by your department.
5. Prepare your course schedule to be signed by your department's director.
6. Prepare your resume in English. It must be printed in white paper 8.5 x 11 and also in pdf format.
7. 1 copy of your transcript in English.
8. Hand in all the documentation to the COOP office.
9. Register in the COOP course.
